Dit levert niet alleen een gezonde bijdrage aan het fysieke maar ook aan de mentale gesteldheid. C2C stimuleert elke cliënt om lekker te gaan bewegen en hier ook gezond bij te eten. Dit doen wij uiteraard samen met onze doelgroep en naar hun wens of behoefte. Wij hebben een breed netwerk aan samenwerkingspartners die zich volledig richtten op het stukje sport.
